I was once asked, "If you had the choice, would you choose to die quickly or slowly?"

Most people answer "quickly," for obvious reasons. But I think I'd choose to go slowly. It's weird to know when you're given a certain time frame left to live. But I think those "waiting" to die have such an advantage. Living on borrowed time somehow brings such clarity and purpose to life that most people don't realize until they're staring death in the face. You're suddenly given another chance to tell your loved ones how you felt; you're suddenly inspired to do the things you never did; you're given the chance to correct your wrongs; you're somehow given the will to live fearlessly (at least, I think so)...

I just wish it didn't take the life of someone else to realize it.

I'll be the first to tell you that Twilight is the dumbest saga/trend to hit teenie boppers everywhere. And i'll even be the first to tell you that I think none of the Twilight stars are attractive. ...But I must admit that these photos of Robert Pattinson are actually kind of hot.
